Job summary

Thomson Reuters Corp. à Montréal recherche un Agent de soutien pour assurer le support logiciel par téléphone et courriel pour notre suite de logiciels d’impôts. Le poste est 100% télétravail et vous appliquerez les directives pour résoudre les problèmes clients et enregistrerez leurs requêtes.

Les candidats doivent être bilingues (français/anglais) et disposés à faire des heures supplémentaires et les fins de semaine pendant la saison fiscale. Profil polyvalent, organisé et axé sur le client.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 an d’expérience pertinente dans le service à la clientèle.
• Baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente recommandée.

Responsibilities

• Protéger le support clients par téléphone et courriel pour nos logiciels fiscaux.
• Enregistrer les requêtes et suivre les procédures internes.
• Participer au contrôle de qualité des logiciels et documenter les problèmes récurrents.
• Travailler à 100 % à domicile et maintenir de bonnes communications.
