Job Title: Ag Sales Representative

Location: Kamloops

Job Type: Full Time

Salary Range: This position has a base salary with a sales commission structure on equipment sales and includes a vehicle allowance. Total compensation for this position is anticipated to be in the range of $50,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year depending on sales performance.

The base salary represents a range across all of PrairieCoast’s BC and Alberta locations. It is influenced by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant training, and work location.

In compliance with the BC provincial government mandates, we are incorporating broad wage ranges into this posting to adhere to the wage transparency requirements.

As An Ag Sales Representative, You Will

Sell new and used agricultural equipment & technology suites to new and existing customers.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • 1+ years equipment sales experience.
  • Knowledge of agricultural equipment and farming or operational practices required.
  • Technology aptitude in the Agricultural Industry
  • Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Goal oriented, focuses on activities and tasks to achieve them.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
