What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Ag Location Operations Manager the Ag Administration Clerk is responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the Agro team with day‑to‑day operations. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, answering and directing phone calls, data entry, filing, processing invoices and maintaining office and location supplies. This position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient and effective service and operations.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the day‑to‑day operations of the Ag location
  • Provide exceptional customer service to producers, customers and fellow team members
  • Direct customer inquiries and assist when applicable
  • Ensure a world class customer experience by completing assigned workflows, with a focus on quality, maintaining brand standards and meeting established timeframes
  • Order and distribute basic office supplies for the location
  • Sort incoming mail, emails, fax and distribute correspondence
  • Adhere to safety measures and report hazardous conditions immediately to the team leader
  • Assist in the proper care and maintenance of department equipment
  • Balance daily transactions and enter data
  • Accept payments on customer accounts
Who you are:
  • You have a high school diploma
  • You have 1‑3 years of customer service experience
  • You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
  • You have proven effective communication skills; both verbal and written
  • You have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license preferred
