What you’ll do: The Ag Administration Clerk is responsible for fertilizer receiving and billing, account reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, coordinating deferred financing programs, and reporting.

Key Job Responsibilities include:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to producers, customers, and fellow team members
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Ag team and managers
  • Fertilizer receiving and billing

  • Organize data and prepare reports
Who you are:
  • You have a high school diploma, with post‑secondary degree or diploma in agriculture or related field considered an asset.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in administration.
  • You have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • You have proven effective communication skills; both verbal and written.
  • You have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
