A leading energy solutions provider seeks an Aftersales Manager in Calgary, AB, to lead service activities and improve customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience in the oilfield sector, focusing on warranty management and customer support. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits including health care and insurance.

Propell is looking for an Aftersales Manager with direct experience in the Oil & Energy Manufacturing sector. Working closely with the Business Development Team to strengthen customer relationships, the Aftersales Service Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing all service and support activities - both on site and in the field - across well stimulation, electric technology, completion and Power Generation equipment. This role is accountable for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving value for service through effective management of warranty claims, coordination of field service and equipment maintenance. The Aftersales Service Manager will focus on driving customer loyalty, minimizing equipment downtime and improving the overall customer experience, with a strong emphasis on responding to unplanned service demands and resolving aftersales concerns in real time. This position provides leadership and direction to the Service Supervisor, ensuring alignment of field activities with overall service objectives.
