Crown Lift Trucks Canada is seeking an Aftermarket Sales Manager to lead the aftermarket sales department, drive customer satisfaction, and oversee department goals and financial performance. The role reports to the Branch Manager and collaborates with the sales staff, Parts and Service teams, and executives.
The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in sales, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and proficiency in English and French.

Crown Lift Trucks Canada operates eight full-service branches in both Ontario and Quebec offering complete service solutions including maintenance programs, parts supply, and training.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Aftermarket Sales Manager is responsible for the Aftermarket Sales Department, to ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided through Parts and Service. The Aftermarket Sales Manager will establish department goals, personnel development, financial performance, and the day-to-day function of the sales staff calling on the customer base. Design and/or review and implement sales policies and programs. The following roles report to this position: Aftermarket Sales Representative.
