Our Sales and Marketing team is currently looking for a candidate to fill the position of Affiliate Marketing Specialist (Canada & APAC). Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing and Operations (Canada, LATAM & APAC), the incumbent will perform a variety of tasks including content development, creation of promotional tools, strategic planning, as well as meeting certain administrative and operational needs.

  • Develop and maintain an understanding of our extensive portfolio of products, brands, business models, and markets
  • Work closely with Senior Director of Marketing and Operations and sales team to support client and sales initiatives
  • Manage relationships and be the point contact for our marketing clients
  • Maintain up-to-date promotional schedules and client launch plans
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations following campaigns
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to create content and promotional tools
  • Create a monthly newsletter for clients
  • Write campaign briefs
  • Be the point of contact for our marketing clients in the Canada and APAC
  • Ensure the delivery of assets to clients on time
  • Help track and plan promotional ad buys
  • Contribute to user acquisition strategy
  • Participate in the brainstorming for the development of marketing campaigns
  • Plan tradeshow and event participation
  • Perform product monitoring to ensure that the service images or text are properly displayed and optimized
  • Perform all other related tasks as needed
  • University degree in marketing, or other related discipline
  • Experience working in a related environment
  • Fluently bilingual (English and French)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in the television, mobile, or tech industry (an asset)
  • Understanding of creative and production processes’
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and write post-mortems
  • Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
