Job summary

Formula Fig, a forward-thinking skincare destination in Vancouver, seeks an experienced Aesthetic Injector. This commission-based role emphasizes natural-looking results, guest relationships, and exceptional care.

You will educate guests on skincare, offer personalized recommendations, and deliver treatments in a dynamic clinic environment. Candidates should hold an ND or MD in BC with experience in dermal fillers and neuromodulator injections, and be capable of performing intramuscular vitamin

Qualifications

• Confidence and the ability to build connections with guests.
• Experience injecting dermal fillers with cannula technique.
• Delivery of cosmetic neuromodulator treatments.
• Ability to perform intramuscular vitamin injections and chart procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and build lasting guest relationships.
• Educate guests on skincare, treatments and products.
• Inject dermal fillers with cannula technique and deliver neuromodulator treatments.
• Perform intramuscular vitamin injections and manage bookings and purchases.
• Collaborate with Fig Bar team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector who is passionate about delivering natural‑looking results, building lasting guest relationships, and creating exceptional guest experiences through personalized care. This is a commission‑based role, ideal for a motivated provider who enjoys building a loyal client base while growing with an innovative, fast‑growing company.

As an Aesthetic Injector, you'll combine clinical expertise with a guest‑first approach, educating guests on skincare, treatments, and products while providing thoughtful recommendations that support their long‑term skin goals. You'll thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment where exceptional care, continuous learning, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Confidence and a natural ability to build connections

• Naturopathic Doctor (ND) and / or Medical Doctor (MD) in BC
• Experience injecting dermal fillers with cannula technique
• Welcome guests
• Deliver cosmetic Neuromodulator treatments
• Deliver intramuscular vitamin injections
• Chart procedures, process purchases and book services
• Communicate and collaborate with Fig Bar team
• Standing and moving for 4-6 hours
