Job summary

De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited (DHC) invites applications for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its Calgary office. The role focuses on building a diverse, high-performing workforce through proactive sourcing, screening, and full-cycle recruitment across the organization.

You’ll collaborate with HR partners on transfers and promotions while leveraging social media channels to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in HR, Business, or related discipline.
• 5-7 years’ experience in full cycle recruitment.
• Recruitment experience in aerospace, manufacturing, transportation, or related industry is an asset.
• CHRP designation is considered an asset.
• Strong knowledge of provincial and Canadian labour laws, preferably multi-provincial.
• Expertise in social media recruitment campaigns (LinkedIn, Indeed, Twitter, Facebook).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate recruitment needs and develop resourcing strategies with executives.
• Provide full cycle recruitment support: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting.
• Develop candidate pools for high-volume hiring needs.
• Track manpower progress with KPIs and hiring trends.
• Facilitate pre-employment background checks and testing.
• Coordinate internal transfers and promotions with HR partners.
• Support social media recruitment campaigns across platforms.
