Job summary

Airbus Canada in Mirabel, QC, is seeking an Airframe Integration Professional with 10+ years in aerospace design and system integration to join the Center of Competencies. You will contribute to advanced airframe design and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, production and suppliers.

This role emphasizes adherence to schedule, budget and quality in a dynamic development program, with opportunities for upskilling, mobility, and a strong safety and integrity culture within Airbus

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 10+ years in aerospace design and system integration.
• Expert knowledge of airframe structures and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Define design, development, qualification and certification for new airframe structures and system installations.
• Deliver results on time and within budget and quality standards.
• Lead trade studies for structural and system solutions to meet performance targets.
• Develop innovative technical solutions to resolve development issues.
• Participate in design reviews with suppliers and authorities.
• Coordinate data with production, customer support, program office and procurement.
• Generate and maintain structural analysis reports, interface documents, and CAD models.
