Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business, Project Management or similar.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Able to explain ideas clearly, written or spoken.
• Team player with adaptability to changing priorities.
• Interest in project management, budgeting or scheduling is a bonus.
• Experience in aerospace or manufacturing is nice to have.
• English fluency; French is a bonus.
• Minimum 8 months internship; willing to work from Montreal Office 2 days/week.
• Internship opportunities open to students only; occasional travel outside Canada may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and execute projects for new aircraft development.
• Build project schedules and supporting implementation plans.
• Monitor progress to keep initiatives on track.
• Assist the Project Engineer with reporting and performance tracking.
• Prepare business cases and budgets to guide decisions.
• Communicate across departments and with external teams.
• Keep documents, timelines, and databases up to date.
• Support KPIs and identify risks, proposing innovative solutions.
• Join product development meetings to learn prioritization and processes.
• Develop written reports and presentations to share updates.
