Responsibilities

• Operate manual and CNC machines to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Calculate dimensions and verify accuracy using precision tools.
• Troubleshoot and adjust equipment for optimal performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions.
• Adhere to company policies and principles.

Skills

Hands-on experience in manual machines (3+ years)

Proficient in blueprint reading

Experience using precision measuring instruments

Strong mathematical abilities

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Ability to stand for extended periods

Education

Completion of recognized machinist apprenticeship

Red Seal Machinist certification (preferred)
