Job summary

Safran is seeking a Logistics Lead in Mirabel, QC to manage the physical flows from receipt to shipment, ensuring inventory reliability and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and monitor costs, quality, and deadlines in a high-tech aerospace environment.

The role requires DEC in production management or equivalent, 3–5 years of continuous improvement experience, MRP2 knowledge, and bilingual French/English

Qualifications

  • DEC in production management, industrial engineering, or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge and understanding of MRP2 principles.
  • APICS Basics of supply chain management (an asset).
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in French and English to interact with other Safran sites and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead logistics and ensure coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Propose flexibility actions to absorb overloads and smooth workload.
  • Implement tools for smooth operations and monitor costs, quality, deadlines, and transport.
