Job summary

Bombardier is seeking new graduates for the Engineering Career Accelerated Program (ECAP). You will undergo rotations across five streams—Project Management, Electrical Systems, Mechanical Systems, Structures, and Completions—designed to accelerate your professional development in aerospace.

You will be coached by experienced engineers, work on challenging projects, and join a global team that values growth, collaboration, and a continuous learning mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, degree completed in 2025, or to be completed by May 2027
• Less than 2 years of post-graduation work experience
• Strong passion for aviation and a curious, growth-oriented mindset
• Innovative and eager to take on new challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player who takes initiative and strives for excellence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 Suite
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Able to travel to the United States

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Engineering Career Accelerated Program (ECAP) with rotations across streams.
• Work on multiple engineering domains and develop a diverse skillset within the aerospace industry.
• Be coached by experienced engineering professionals and supported by a mentor.
• Grow through rotations in Project Management, Electrical Systems, Mechanical Systems, Structures, and Completions.
