Overview

You are a part-time stock brand Ambassador focused on moving product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You follow AEO Brand Standards with an eye for merchandising and attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your base, you flex to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. You represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

Responsibilities

• You\'ve got a passion for brand standards: You keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• The Stockroom is your home base and you own it: You keep the Stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• You\'re innovative: When you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, make a game plan, and take action to address it.
• You know that teamwork makes the dream work: You are prepared to help fellow team members with non-stock tasks or assist guests as needed.
• Integrity is your middle name: Safety standards are a priority in both the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor. You follow Asset Protection standards and adhere to AEO\'s policies and procedures.
