Part‑time Sr Brand Ambassador

Your mission is to bring the brand to life every day and create an amazing shopping experience for every guest. You are the face of the company, a brand advocate, and a team player who embodies the company values with authenticity.

Your Responsibilities

Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests, helping them find exactly what they need with a “friends first” mindset.
Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
Flexibly cover zones across the store—including the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom—as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Support teammates and actively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Act with integrity, following all AEO policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Love interacting with people.
Energetic and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
