Job summary

WesTower Communications Ltd. is seeking an experienced Aerial Lineman to install, maintain, and repair aerial and underground telecom networks. This field role involves climbing poles, working at heights, and operating equipment in varying weather conditions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, holds a valid DZ license, is physically fit, bilingual French/English desirable, and willing to travel across Ontario with occasional overtime. Safety and documentation are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as an Aerial Lineman.
• Valid DZ Driver’s License.
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors year-round.
• Good physical fitness (lifting, climbing, manual labor).
• Basic understanding of telecom networks.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety focused.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime when required.
• Experience with fiber optic splicing or cable installation
• Fall protection certification
• First Aid / CPR

Responsibilities
