Job Summary:

The Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect / MarTech Solutions Architect leads enterprise-level marketing technology design, ensuring scalable data ingestion, identity stitching, segmentation, and activation across Adobe Experience Platform and the surrounding MarTech ecosystem. This strategic role supports cross-functional teams and drives end-to-end MarTech architecture for one of Canada’s top financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end AEP solution architecture across data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
  • Architect integrations between AEP and tools such as AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer, analytics systems, CDPs, and omni-channel platforms.
  • Translate marketing and data requirements into scalable data models, workflows, and technical architectures.
  • Define governance, standards, data schemas, and best practices for privacy, consent, identity, and audience activation.
  • Partner with Marketing, Data Engineering, Security, and Digital teams to ensure technical alignment and feasibility.
  • Support delivery teams via sprint planning, story grooming, and technical oversight.
  • Provide hands-on expertise across AEP capabilities including Realtime CDP, AJO, Tags, and Edge Network.
  • Optimize data pipelines, troubleshoot MarTech integration issues, and enhance system performance.
  • Contribute to long-term MarTech roadmap planning and future capability expansion.
Required Experience:
  • 7+ years in MarTech architecture, data-driven marketing, or enterprise digital technology roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Platform including Realtime CDP, AJO, and AEP data architecture.
  • Deep understanding of event schemas, ingestion pipelines, identity graphs, segmentation, and data modeling.
  • Experience integrating Adobe stack components with enterprise systems, APIs, cloud platforms, and customer-facing channels.
  • Solid knowledge of personalization, experimentation, event-based journeys, and lifecycle design.
  • Strong understanding of privacy and governance frameworks (PIPEDA, Law 25, WCAG).
  • Proven ability to lead architecture across Marketing, Data, Engineering, and Security stakeholders.
  • Experience working in agile environments with distributed teams.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
  • Background in financial services or other regulated industries.
