Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Store Team Leader in Quebec to run a full-time operation with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will drive daily store performance, coach and develop a high-caliber team, and own the business plan while upholding AEO Brand Standards.

You will analyze sales trends, manage scheduling and payroll, and make real-time decisions to maximize guest experience and financial results, while maintaining ethical leadership and brand integrity.

Qualifications

YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Store Team Leader, you are the CEO of your store. You are an entrepreneurial‑minded business owner who takes pride in maximizing daily operations, developing a strong team through effective coaching and training, making tough strategic decisions, delivering operational excellence, and maintaining AEO Brand Standards. RESPONSIBILITIES
