Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Mississauga is seeking a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador who moves product from stockroom to salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.

You will support the team and guests, keep the stockroom organized, and be ready to help on the salesfloor when needed, upholding AEO standards and safety. Flexible availability, prior stock-related experience, and a keen eye for detail will help you thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock-related roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move product from Stockroom to Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain Stockroom organization, ensuring merchandise, props, marketing and fixtures stay orderly.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and communicate plans to store leadership for action.
• Support teammates and guests on the Salesfloor as needed, contributing to a collaborative environment.
• Uphold safety standards and Asset Protection policies in all areas of the store.

As a part‑time stock brand Ambassador, you’re an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is your place, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• You have a passion for brand standards: You are a go‑getter when it comes to keeping product moving and you do so by effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• The Stockroom is your home base and you own it! You are a master at keeping the Stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• You are innovative: Whenever you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, make a game plan, and take action to correct it.
• You know that teamwork makes the dream work: You are always prepared to step in and help fellow team members complete non‑stock‑related tasks or assist with guests.
• Integrity is your middle name: Safety standards are a priority to you, both in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor. You follow Asset Protection standards and always adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.
