Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Kingston, ON is seeking a part‑time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You will be the face of the company, passionate about AE & Aerie products, and committed to building brand loyalty with every guest. You’ll work across the floor, at the cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed, providing friendly service and brand‑driven selling.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail preferred.
• You are at least 16 years of age.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist your team and contribute to teamwork.
• Show integrity by adhering to AEO's policies & procedures.

Your Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, with a "friends first" mindset.
• Passionately educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex across the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
