Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Edmonton to create an exceptional in-store experience. The role centers on the AEO Selling Model, product knowledge, and brand advocacy, with flexibility across store zones and support for team operations.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, energetic, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while promoting AE & Aerie products and loyalty programs. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is preferred.

Job Description

This position focuses on delivering an exceptional in‑store experience for guests through the AEO Selling Model, product expertise, and brand advocacy. You will adapt to various store zones and support team operations while upholding the highest standards of customer service.

Your Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friend‑first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make tailored product suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist teammates to get the job done.
• Adhere to AEO policies, procedures, and maintain integrity.
