Job summary

Oxford Learning York Mills is seeking a diligent Client Services Coordinator to manage day-to-day centre operations, work with families, and coordinate schedules for students and staff.

You will inform parents about programs, set up assessments, and ensure the Oxford Learning philosophy guides daily activities. The role requires strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills in a busy educational setting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum university degree (Credits in Social Sciences, Languages, Math and Business preferred)
  • Strong secondary school mathematics skills an asset
  • Additional language(s) spoken is an asset
  • Experience in educational environment dealing with medium to large student bodies
  • Experience with billing cycles required
  • Strong phone skills and experience in customer service (sales is a plus)

Oxford Learning York Mills is looking for a dynamic and motivated Client Services Coordinator with strong people skills to assist in the day-to-day management of our busy centre.

We teach students from pre-school to post-secondary levels how to learn, concentrate, listen, and remember. But most importantly, to believe in themselves as they reach their academic dreams.

Job details:

This role is in-person. You must be able to commute to this location. This is not an online job. Relocation packages are not available. This position will involve Monday-Thursday afternoon and evenings and Saturday mornings. The successful candidate will be trained in our systems, methodologies, and approach. Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory.

As the Client Services Coordinator you participate in the centre's operations, including working with multiple people from centre staff to teachers, to parents, and of course, the students! You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Help inform inquiring parents about our Oxford Learning programs
  • Organize schedules for students, staff, and teachers
  • Set up and administer assessments
  • Establish and oversee student learning programs
  • Liaise with members of the community (schools, sports teams, and local businesses)
  • Maintain contact with parents and meet with them to discuss their child's progress
  • Ensure that the Oxford Learning philosophy is being maintained throughout the centre
  • Create a fun and energetic learning environment on a daily basis
  • Effectively master the Oxford Learning Teaching philosophy as well as coach other teaching members of the team

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $18 - $19.50 / hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday
    • Evening availability after 3 pm is a must. Afternoon availability after 12 pm is an asset.
  • Saturday morning availability
