Your role, your impact

The Quebec Operations Support Team is looking for an Advisor, Talent Assignment to join its team. You’ll assign our available advisors to mandates that match their skills, ensuring a rewarding and stimulating career at Alithya.

  • Manage the assignment of our advisors based on their current and future availability;
  • Actively support the assignment process and prioritize recruitment requests to meet our clients' needs;
  • Coordinate and submit selected applications for various open requests, ensuring smooth communication with the teams concerned;
  • Work closely with the client partnerships team and the management team to plan the assignment of advisors based on business priorities;
  • Propose solutions and areas for improvement to increase the effectiveness of the talent planning program;
  • Assess short- and medium-term capacity and plan accordingly;
  • Ensure the quality of resumes to be submitted by verifying their compliance and relevance;
  • Identify, monitor, and use performance indicators to measure and continuously improve results.
Keys to your success
  • 3 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment;
  • Excellent knowledge of various information technology profiles;
  • Ability to plan and persuade;
  • Client and results-oriented;
  • Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
