You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.

Position
  • Advisor Service Center Representative
  • The role has multiple openings.
  • Contract ending on May 1, 2026.
  • Shifts: rotating Monday–Friday between 8 am and 6 pm local time (MDT) for our Advisor Service Centre teams.
  • Location: Calgary.

How you’ll Make an Impact
  • Provide exceptional customer service experience to investment advisors, their support teams and investors in our inbound contact centre.
  • Work directly with advisors and investors to provide them with the support they need to educate and plan their short-term and long-term investment strategies.
  • You represent Fidelity as you are responsible for answering our clients’ request for information and directing them to the appropriate department when required on a timely basis.

  • College Diploma required (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply) or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) required.
  • French would be considered an asset.
