Job description

As a Real Estate Advisor, you help prospect for, solicit and build lasting business relationships with members and clients. You help sell products and services and provide services that meet clients’ needs in accordance with current strategies and practices. This includes services related to the sale, purchase and renovation of residential buildings. You help build and maintain business relationships with members and clients in your sector. You drive results by handling complex requests regarding specialized programs, tools and solutions and providing advisory service throughout the sales process. You ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. You assist current and potential clients and represent the organization. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention.
  • Advise, guide and motivate members and clients with regard to specialized programs, tools and solutions, which includes handling requests, analyzing issues, researching solutions and making recommendations on the main aspects of selling real estate.
  • Optimize the property marketing strategy using the tools available.
  • Make overall observations, identify gaps and opportunities and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Assist members and clients, be attentive to their needs and propose personalized solutions.
  • Help identify risks and opportunities for continuous improvement in your unit’s operations.
  • Stay on top of the latest standards, products and services in your field.
  • Monitor the real estate market and interpret traffic statistics to stay on top of the latest trends, opportunities and best practices in your field.
