Desjardins in Laval, Quebec, is seeking an advisor of investment and financing to listen to members and clients, understand their situations, and tailor financial solutions to improve their financial health.

You will attend to investment and financing needs with quality service, develop strategies offering investment, financing and insurance products, manage relationships and monitor service quality while staying current on market trends and best practices.

You will be committed to providing excellent customer service so as to offer the highest quality financial solutions tailored to their needs. More specifically, you will be required to:

• Attend to members’ investment and financing needs while ensuring quality service

• Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to‑date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices in your field.
