As the Advisor of Payroll & Benefits, you'll be at the heart of making sure everything runs smoothly regarding payroll, employee benefits, HRIS compliance and auditing. You'll be the go-to person for supporting bi-weekly payroll, administering benefits, completing WorkDay audits to ensure the system is compliant. You are a self starter, ensuring proactive management in auditin all areas of payroll and benefits, identifying system gaps and working to close system gaps, quickly and effectively. In this role, you'll work closely with the Manager, Total Rewards, Payroll & HRIS, collaborating with teams across the organization to ensure accurate processing of compensation and benefits for all employees. Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis. Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other common office equipment on a constant basis. This position is required, at times, to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the business. This position may require occasional travel to CMH areas, as well as some travel to industry functions on an occasional basis.
