What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Business Architecture Advisor, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, architecture, recommend the best solution, produce the delivery strategy and its increments, quantify costs and benefits, and mitigate risks, in collaboration with IT and other partners.
  • Act as a leader and representative of the business line in large-scale projects, advising and influencing senior management decisions.
  • Maintain and support the evolution of business architecture frameworks, while producing models to facilitate decision-making.
  • Ensure the consistency of business solutions with strategic objectives and contribute to process optimization by proposing evolution and simplification scenarios.
  • Analyze the impacts of sector roadmaps, anticipate business impacts, and propose action plans.
  • Promote our business solutions to partners and distribution networks through advisory and communication actions.
  • Conduct research on trends in the insurance and individual savings sector and act as a subject matter expert to support team development.
What could accelerate your success in this role

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is recognized for strong analytical skills and a systemic vision, enabling anticipation of problems and issues.
  • Stands out for strategic thinking and ability to support strategic planning.
  • Demonstrates great autonomy and can work with minimal supervision while making good use of the latitude provided.
  • Has a strong tolerance for ambiguity and uncertainty, as well as experience in complex business environments.
  • Is recognized for communication, synthesis, and simplification skills, both orally and through clear, impactful visuals, and can adapt messaging for varied audiences (senior management, project teams, operations, distributors).
  • Shows strong ability to build an influence network and create bridges between colleagues, fostering collaboration and consensus.
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in administration, MIS, computer science, or equivalent, and has at least 15 years of experience in information technology, including significant experience in business architecture and in the insurance and individual savings sector.
  • Has in-depth knowledge of products, processes, systems, and distribution networks related to insurance and individual savings.
  • Advanced knowledge of English, as the person will be required to gather information from clients, present and support English-language projects on a daily basis.
  • Advanced knowledge of French, as the person will be required to gather information from clients, present and support French-language projects on a daily basis.
Why you’ll love working with us
  • A work environment where learning and development merge with a collective pursuit of excellence.
  • A healthy, safe, fair, and inclusive environment where potential can be freely expressed and developed.
  • The opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, supported by flexibility and access to inspiring and innovative workspaces.
  • Competitive benefits: Flexible group insurance, competitive pension plan, stock purchase plan, vacation and wellness/personal development days, telemedicine, employee and family assistance program, ergonomic furniture program, performance bonus, discounts on iA products, and much more!
