Job summary

Desjardins Technology Group is seeking a Business Advisor to build advisory relationships with members and clients, understand specialized needs, and develop and offer integrated Desjardins products and services. You will help clients reach financial goals and ensure satisfaction across channels through proactive service and tailored solutions.

You will prospect for new opportunities, balance profitability with risk, and stay current on industry standards and offerings.

Qualifications

• College diploma in a related field.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Action oriented, Customer Focus, Drive results, Interpersonal Savvy, Nimble learning, Situational adaptability.

• Help achieve business development objectives by prospecting for, identifying and developing new business opportunities to balance member/client satisfaction, profitability and risk.

Job description

As a Business Advisor, you help serve, prospect for, solicit, and develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients who have specialized advisory needs. You provide customer service and help sell specialized products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs and current strategies and practices. You help develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You review special requests for specialized products and services.You drive results by developing integrated offers for Desjardins products and services and helping members and clients reach their financial goals. You ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures. You help analyze member/client needs, develop and implement personalized solutions, and propose integrated service offers. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to:
