• Identify customer needs by collecting necessary data for prescription preparation.
• Prepare prescriptions and detect potential issues for the customer.
• Take on responsibilities related to specialized tasks, such as dispill management, robot management, and complex lectures, etc.
• Be a reference for colleagues and mentor pharmacy assistant team members.
