Job summary

The position is a casual/relief role with variable shifts and travel to remote locations.

Qualifications

• Non-restricted ACP registration in good standing with the Alberta College of Paramdics (ACoP).
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) CPR certification.
• Valid Class 4 Alberta Operator's Licence with a five-year driver abstract, current within six months and with <=6 demerits.

Responsibilities

• Assess emergency scenes and patients and transport ill or injured individuals as needed.
• Provide patient care with ALS airway adjuncts, medications, and electrical therapy.
• Lead the ALS team during transport or at emergency scenes and ensure vehicle readiness.
