A regional healthcare service in Mississauga seeks an Adult Day Services Assistant to deliver therapeutic activities for seniors. You’ll help support clients’ independence and well-being, participating in various activities, serving meals, and maintaining care records. A post secondary diploma in Social Services or related field and CPR certification are required. The role offers part-time hours with competitive pay and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Status:1 Regular Part Time
Hours of work: 40 hours per pay period- Monday through Saturday between 8:30am-4:30pm. Alternating weekends and holidays
Hourly Rate: $33.05-34.96 (plus 14% in lieu of benefits)
Work mode: Onsite - Sheridan Villa, 2460 Truscott Dr, Mississauga ON L5J3Z8
The Long-Term Care Seniors Services Divisions require staff to provide person-centered care to our residents, clients, and caregivers following the Butterfly Model of Care. This will ensure high levels of emotional wellbeing and a better quality of life for those living in our homes and participating in our Adult Day Services. We are looking for staff that bring passion and care to the work that they do.
Reporting to Supervisor, Adult Day and Community Services(or designate) you will provide therapeutic and recreational services and support the independence of clients in attendance at the Adult Day Service
