A provincial government agency in Canada is seeking a Performance & Evaluation Analyst to advance evidence-based decision-making. Help shape the future of services for families. As a Performance & Evaluation Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing evidence-based decision making across our division. Collaborating with dedicated professionals and leaders, you’ll design and lead evaluation projects from start to finish, turning data and insights into actionable recommendations and practical implementation strategies.
Your expertise in research, evaluation methods and data analysis will drive improvements to ensure we deliver the best possible services. As a trusted advisor with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and a systems-thinking perspective, you’ll champion data literacy and foster a culture of performance improvement and accountability.

There is currently a temporary opportunity available until March 31, 2027, this temporary opportunity may become permanent. This position can be based out of any of the location(s) listed above. Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to 4 days at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement.
