The Registry Team is an established group of approximately 25 dedicated professionals including Customer Service Representatives, Registry Officers, and Case Managers who work closely with other Tribunal staff to protect the human rights of British Columbians. They handle public inquiries, process complaints, and support case management with precision and care. The team values diversity and inclusion, fostering an environment where each member’s contributions are recognized and appreciated as they work together to uphold a society free from discrimination.
The Case Manager plays a key role in supporting the Tribunal’s work by providing case management, assisting members with adjudication, coordinating arrangements, and offering valuable information on processes and resources. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to protect human rights, particularly by reducing barriers experienced by Indigenous Peoples and ensuring access to justice.
