A renowned university is seeking a Manager of Admissions Support to oversee admissions processing and lead teams in delivering high-quality service. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance and utilizing data for strategic improvements. Ideal candidates will have deep knowledge of admissions policies in Australian higher education and proven team leadership experience. The Manager, Admissions Support leads the delivery of efficient, accurate, and compliant admissions processing within the Registrar and Student Services Portfolio.
You’ll oversee onshore and offshore teams responsible for document management, English language verification, eCOE issuance, and other non-assessment tasks. Working closely with the Admissions Operations Managers (Undergraduate and Postgraduate), you’ll ensure alignment between daily operations and broader strategic goals.
Reporting to the Head of Admissions, Scholarships & RPL, you’ll drive continuous improvement, implement change, and uphold high service standards across all admissions processes.

The successful person will be required to work over the Christmas shutdown and occasionally be available after hours or during weekends. Flexible working arrangements can be discussed at interview time.
