A leading university is looking for an Admissions Officer responsible for processing applications and providing excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in admissions and strong organizational skills. The role offers flexible working arrangements and a supportive culture. The successful applicant must have ongoing working rights and be available during busy periods.

$88717-$100386 depending on experience, 17% super (Level5)

The Admissions Officer plays a key role in processing and assessing applications within the Admissions Scholarships and RPL team.
You will deliver high‑quality, accurate and timely admissions services while providing excellent customer support to applicants, University staff, agents and offshore partners. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication and a commitment to maintaining compliance and service standards.
This position reports to an Admissions Team Leader or Manager and has no direct reports.
We currently have several vacancies within the team, both permanent and fixed‑term (up to 12 months). You’ll have the opportunity to indicate your preference on the application form.
Candidates will need to have ongoing working rights; this role is not available for sponsorship.
The successful person will need to be available over the Christmas/New Year period and occasionally on weekend or after‑hours work.
