Role Overview

We\'re seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable AdminPlus Associate to join our team. In this role, you\'ll provide crucial support for our growing Member Direct Billing (MDB) service, which collects premiums from individual Plan Members with active coverage who are on leave from employment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day member direct billing tasks based on unique client plan designs and administrative processes
  • Send and follow up on Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) agreements
  • Maintain accurate member status and transaction information in our administrative system
  • Validate payments and action daily uploads
  • Follow up on member status changes, coverage adjustments, and non-payment of premiums
  • Collaborate with internal teams on premium collection and member inquiries
  • Process refund requests and maintain up-to-date member balances
  • Administer monthly fee calculations and reporting for applicable clients
  • Act as a subject matter expert on member direct billing during new implementations and investigations
What do you need to succeed?
  • Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada and worldwide.
  • Billing, payroll or accounting experience
  • Experience with billing systems and processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and database management
  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality service
  • Understanding of Group Benefits and administrative practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
