Job summary

Morson Group in Saskatoon, SK is seeking an Intermediate Administrator, Project/CMT to provide broad administrative support to the construction management team.

You will manage contractor mobilization coordination, pre-mobilization deliverables, RFIs, SIs, travel arrangements and other construction documents to keep projects moving safely and efficiently. This role is based in Northern Saskatchewan and requires attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

  • Construction/engineering/project management experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate contractor mobilization and ongoing support, including administration of pre-mobilization deliverables, flights, RFIs, SIs, and other construction documents between contractor and CMT.
  • Administer document control processes efficiently.
  • Assist with pre-access training/qualification activities and site orientations.

Role: Intermediate Administrator, Project/CMT
Location: Saskatoon, SK
Contract Duration: November 9, 2026 - December 31, 2027

Role Description / Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the construction management team (CMT)
• Manage coordination of contractor mobilization and ongoing support, including administration of pre-mobilization deliverables, flights, training, request for information (RFIs), site instructions (SIs), and other construction documents between contractor and construction management team
• Administer document control processes with efficiency

Skills / Previous Experience

• Self starter, able to learn and apply new concepts, software and use of tools quickly and independently
• Solid interpersonal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize work is critical
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Previous experience in construction, engineering or project management work environments an asset
