The Administrator, Engineering & EHS plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations for the Engineering and EHS teams. This position manages essential administrative functions, including scheduling, travel coordination, procurement, and document control, while supporting compliance with safety and environmental standards. Proficiency in SAP and Work Management Systems is critical, along with strong organizational and communication skills. The role also provides coverage for other administrators and contributes to land management and safety‑related processes, making it an integral part of maintaining efficiency and regulatory compliance across the site.

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide administrative support for Engineering and EHS operations.
  • Coordinate office procedures, meetings, travel, and procurement.
  • Manage records, document control, and prepare summaries/presentations.
  • Ensure accurate data and time entry for staff and contractors.
  • Maintain land management and safety/environmental compliance documentation.
  • Process memberships, training, and subscriptions.
  • Assist with site events and retirement gifts.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate repairs/replacements.
  • Cover for other administrators during absences.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Post‑secondary in Office or Business Administration
  • 10+ years’ experience in an Administrative function
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced SAP, document control, and WMS skills
  • Administrative experience in industrial, EHS, or engineering settings preferred
  • Knowledge of safety/environmental standards and land agreements an asset
