A northern educational board in Canada is seeking an Administration Technician to manage staff files and assist in human resources tasks. The ideal candidate will have a college diploma in Human Resources, fluency in at least two languages, and strong organizational skills. Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Human Resources, the Administration Technician performs various tasks related to the administration of the staff files. Some responsibilities include:
College diploma (DEC) in Human Resources or a diploma or attestation of studies which is recognized as equivalent by the Board. The Board may, at its discretion, waive any or all of the afore-mentioned qualifications if it finds a suitable candidate who is a beneficiary of the James Bay and Northern Québec Agreement (JBNQA) and who accepts, as a condition of employment, to follow a training plan determined by the Board.
35 hours per week from Monday to Friday - Partial telework is possible.
In accordance with the AENQ collective agreement for support staff, this position belongs to job category 4211: from $24.21 to $32.32 an hour depending on qualification and experience. All benefits are prorated based on the percentage of the task.
