Your role:
Project Management
  • Oversee databases, information systems, and office templates/manuals
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance the practice management system (STAR)
  • Maintain expertise in firm-wide tools, processes, and databases
  • Identify and resolve issues with effective solutions
  • Develop and implement long-term plans aligned with firm goals
Training & Development
  • Partner with L&D to create educational materials
  • Lead new hire orientation and onboarding
  • Design and deliver training programs (e-learning, video, FAQs)
  • Facilitate courses on key systems (CaseWare, STAR, ShareFile) and monitor effectiveness
What you bring to the table
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in audit, assurance, or professional services environment
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools, databases, and information systems
  • Proficiency with CaseWare, STAR, ShareFile, or similar platforms
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs and onboarding new staff
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate workflows, schedules, and team support in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience supporting recruitment and retention
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Commitment to high standards of client service and compliance with firm policies
