The Highway Traffic Board, within the Ministry of Justice, is seeking a skilled, ethical, confident individual to work in the Regina office to provide comprehensive clerical / phone support. We are seeking a candidate who has excellent communication and positive interpersonal skills with a keen sense of detail. As administrative support, the successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of office equipment such as photocopiers and facsimiles; enter and retrieve data using various software programs; maintain files and records and retrieve and search files for information; receive, sort, and distribute mail; and provide reception services and general program information.
