A healthcare service provider in Edson, Alberta is seeking an Administrative Support III. As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Office Training: Formal office administration training and recent related experience preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to navigate multiple computer programs and perform accurate data entry. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and proofreading. Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage interruptions in a busy environment. Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide client-focused service. Problem-Solving: Critical thinking and adaptability to changing priorities. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods, lift office/medical supplies up to 30 lbs., and perform repetitive motions.
