Administrative Support Class III Required
for Two Hills Mennonite School

Two Hills Mennonite School (THMS) requires a full-time (1. 0 FTE) Administrative Support Class III commencing October 19th, 2026.

Two Hills Mennonite School, located in Two Hills, Alberta, is a K-12 school with approximately 450 students.

Applicants must possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. This position requires superior computer skills with an ability to quickly learn a variety of programs and management systems, including Excel, Word, Publisher and the Google Suite of applications. Experience with SIS (PowerSchool) and PASI will be considered an asset. Responsibilities include maintenance and updating of school records and documents, telephone, reception, and other duties as required.

Cross-cultural experience would be an asset as would experience or training in working with English Language Learners. THMS has a population primarily consisting of Old Colony Mennonite students with English as their second language. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with a unique cultural group and willing to work within the expectations of the culture. Oral fluency in Low German is considered an asset.
