Job summary

MNP in Sudbury, Ontario is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support internal and external clients and help ensure the efficient operation of our Administration team. This role contributes to the success of the firm by providing reliable organizational support and professional service.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in administration is an asset.
  • 2 years of administrative experience in a professional environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of administrative and clerical activities.
  • Prepare templates, letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel workbooks and other materials; research, compile and summarize information as applicable.
  • Record minutes at meetings and distribute or archive them accordingly.
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple calendars.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, appointments and team social events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations.
  • Contribute to developing new ideas to improve work processes.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and leadership.
