Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Office management and supervision. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Associations and non profit organizations. Community service organization. Tasks: Carry out administrative activities of establishment. Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence. Perform data entry. Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures. Oversee payroll administration. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Promote conference and meeting services or special events.
