The strategic initiatives group in the Department of Computer Science is responsible for the development and success of the department’s large-scale partnerships and long-term initiatives. At any given time, multiple proposals and new initiatives are under development.
The Administrative and Project Coordinator is critical to ensuring that initiatives in the early development phase are coordinated and managed successfully. Within a highly professional, collaborative and supportive group, the Administrative and Project Coordinator coordinates project cycles across a variety of different initiatives, provides administrative support to senior staff and the respective initiative stakeholders, and is responsible for ensuring that operational support is provided efficiently and effectively throughout the development process.
