Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to management and staff.
  • Schedule and manage online meetings; take and distribute minutes.
  • Oversee office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Coordinate logistics for regional events and conferences.
  • Handle inventory of promotional materials.
  • Conduct research for member inquiries and content development.
  • Create and maintain a sponsor tracking sheet.
  • Ensure respectful interactions with members and stakeholders.
