Administrative Manager
Merwar Lawyers Professional Corporation is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to coordinate administrative services in a consulting firm environment.
Position Details
- Location: Mississauga, ON L4Z 1S1
- Work location: On site
- Salary: $45.19 per hour (30 hours per week)
- Terms of employment: Permanent, Full Time
- Start date: As soon as possible
Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative services
- Collect and record administrative and service fees
- Assist in preparing annual budgets
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Direct and advise staff engaged in records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the organization
- Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar administrative role
- Computer and technology knowledge: Accounting software
- Personal suitability: excellent oral and written communication, organized, team player, time management, initiative, attention to detail
- Work under pressure and tight deadlines
